HR Executive Job Responsibilities:
Taking care of end to end recruitment of entry level to top level via Job portal, Referral Campus Recruitment.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Maintaining pay plans and benefit programs
Organizing and maintaining weekly activity, along with occasional festive celebrations.
Desired Skills and Experience: Accounting, Data Analytics, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken).
