  • Should Have good knowledge of recruiting from portal, Campus hiring referral. 
HR Executive Job Responsibilities:
  • Taking care of end to end recruitment of entry level to top level via Job portal, Referral Campus Recruitment. 
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process  
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization 
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefit programs 
  • Organizing and maintaining weekly activity, along with occasional festive celebrations. 
Desired Skills and Experience: Accounting, Data Analytics, MS-Excel and English Proficiency (Spoken).
